Marvellous location very close to the train station and incredibly nice staff. And close to the city centre.

Unbeatable central location and perfect and kind staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the spacious room.

We had an immaculately clean and compact room, also there were climate control and adequate storage. The location was particularly good, within a close distance from Lokschuppen.

The bed was a bit small.

Undertrained staff!

Location: the hotel was adjacent to transport links, bus and train, town center and the railway station. I had airy twin room with an open suitcase, nice view and bedroom. Everyone was great and very good.

Stayed at B&B Hotel for one night, and it was excellent. The hotel is located right next to the train station, which was very convenient. The room was new, clean, and trendy, with a pleasant and comfortable bed. The size of the room was perfect for a short stay. Everything in the room worked well, including the TV with channels in different languages. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. There is also a vending machine in the lobby selling water, beer, and snacks at a good value for money. The shower was great, and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Overall very nice and comfy place. Really kind staff, compact, airy room with an open suitcase, bedroom plus nice view. A great selection of goodies for breakfast. Great base for exploring Rosenheim.

Central location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Lokschuppen.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. There was a beautifully decorated room by ac unit. The staff were excellent co-operating and super-friendly too. The location was comfortable and perfect with the train station next to the accommodation.

They gave me twin room with the bedroom, a GREAT shower, AC unit. The rate was £ 60. I was met by very good and informative staff at the lobby. The location was excellent - a short way from everywhere I wanted to go. A bus stop was right next to the venue.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

Parking situation could be better.

The location of B&B Hotel is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the train station and downtown. The hotel itself is brand new and everything functions perfectly. The room had a fantastic view of the town. Despite being close to the train station, it was surprisingly quiet at night. The staff spoke English fluently and provided excellent support. The automated system made it convenient, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped. my experience was fantastic!
